We would
like to thank you both for helping us find our cottage. I think it was meant
to be because we saw it last year with you, and it was still available this
year under different circumstances and certainly a more attractive price.
Your
professionalism, promptness, knowledge, advice above and beyond, patience,
and friendliness was a major factor in the whole parcel. Thank you so much.
When we are settled in I want to celebrate our 31st. anniversary up there.
(it has passed). I hope you will both be around to join us. It would mean a
lot to us. So, for now, I will say good night. Enjoy the evening, oops, had
no idea it was almost 11:00. Thank you again for making our dream come true.
Took a
saying out of a magazine yesterday that reads: Muskoka called, your cottage
is ready. It is on the fridge, and I laugh everytime I read it. Thank you
again for being a big part of the next phase of our lives.

Dear Cam & Karen
We wish to thank you for helping us through our first
home purchase. You were never hesitant to meet us at properties, and
answer the many questions first time home buyers have. The winterization
issue with the cottage made this a difficult process, but you never
discouraged us from plowing forward with the deal. Your enthusiasm and
advice kept us hopeful and focused throughout the struggles. We wish you
continued success with future endeavors, and we will be in touch in a few
weeks to let you know how it’s going!!

Dear Karen and Cameron:
Anne and I would like to thank you for your recent gift to us of the
subscription to Cottage Life Magazine. We were pleasantly surprised when
we received the notice in the mail yesterday, especially since we were
already thinking of purchasing a subscription. We would also like to thank

Just wanted to express our appreciation for the service that we received
from Cameron and Karen White from your office on the recent purchase of our
new cottage (Turtle Point) on the Lake of Bays. From the minute we began
working with the White's they consistently sent us electronic updates of
existing and new listings on a daily basis and anything of interest to us
was followed up with more detailed electronic photo's typically within the
same day. I was so impressed with their diligence that I used them as an
example of exemplary customer service in a presentation that I delivered at
a customer service related training and workshop session at the company that
I work for. Once we found our dream cottage the deal was painlessly (for us)
negotiated and completed in short order. We can't wait to take
possession and we owe a great deal of thanks to Cam and Karen.
